Coconut Rice

Ingredients:
  ~ 1 cup uncooked rice
  ~ 1 1/4 cups water
  ~ 1/2 cup coconut milk
  ~ 1/4 teaspoon salt


Directions:
1.  Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

2.  Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 16 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed
