A good dinner on a night when you realize you have hardly any food in your kitchen! I served on top of white rice and French cut green beans.
~ 1/2 lb ground beef
~ 1 egg
~ 1/4 cup bread crumbs
~ 1/4 cup ketchup
~ 1/4 cup brown sugar
~ 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
~ sprinkle of garlic powder
~ sprinkle of onion powder
1. Pre-heat oven to 350°.
Mix first 3 ingredients in a bowl and form into 1 inch balls.
Place meat balls in a 8x8 baking pan.
4. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over meatballs.
5. Bake for approximately 45 minutes. Serve on top of rice.
